Dear Students, by the decision of His Magnificence, prof. dr hab. Eng. Teofil Jesionowski, we would like to inform you that we will be hosting Graduation celebrations in 5-6-7 July.
Every student who graduates from the 2nd degree studies will have the opportunity to attend ceremony (including ceremony, birreta and graduation gift)
We would like to invite students of the 2nd grade of full-time and part-time studies ending their education in the summer semester of 2024 and those who completed it in the winter semester 2024 to take part in the graduation ceremony at the Aula Magna (Lecture Center of the Poznań University of Technology).
On the basis of Rector decision, there will be no separate graduation ceremony for persons who finish their education in the winter semester in academic year 2023/2024 – these graduates are invited to take part in the July 2024 graduation ceremony.
The cost of the ceremony will be announced in begining of April
Price includes 23% tax. We provide an invoices on demand.

Payment for the ceremony will be made only by bank transfer to the POLITECHNIKA POZNAŃSKA account, electronically registered through the website.

HOW TO REGISTER
To register check REJESTRACJA page. Translate page with google translate and fill the application form with your data, including name, last name, full address, phone number, e-mail, degree course, specialization, university degree/title. If you will have any problems with filling up the form, you can save your work and ask for help at absolutorium@put.poznan.pl Don’t forget to choose graduation card and attach payment confirmation and photo to the application form. Anyone who fills out the form will receive a confirmation or a request for more information. We try to answer as soon as possible, but if you do not receive a response within 2 weeks – please email again. Please also check the SPAM folder, because sometimes our mails come in there. Each participant receives 5 single-person invitations (can invite 5 people). On the day of the ceremony you will be inform what to do step by step. One hour before the ceremony – please come to the Lecture Center, pick up the gown/ceremonial robe (vis a vis entrance)and ceremonial cap (universal size). For half an hour by the ceremony – people who have earned a master”s degree and wish to be styled in this way during the ceremony itself, are invited to apply to the Professors” Club (room no 5) to put this information on the list next to their name. Then you will be placed in the order of your seats in the Hall and in that order you will enter the room and take up space.
** IMPORTANT **
We kindly inform you that the titles (university degrees) on graduation card will be verified in the Dean”s Office – please fill in the CURRENT TITLE (if any) rather than the one you may receive after the date of the registration.
RECEPTION OF THE INVITATIONS
You can receive the invitations in Culture Center office but not earlier than one month before the ceremony. Each registered person receives 5 invitations. There is no way to get more. Please wait for the confirmation of your registration (also check the SPAM folder – we have signals that our correspondence is there). The Culture Center office is located in the PNCA building (“Conference Hall” building adjacent to DS 1) on the first floor and is open: monday – friday from 9:00 till 14:00 E-mail: absolutorium@put.poznan.pl Please email us with any questions you may have.
